Portable Mix Manifold for Manual 2K Systems
Autoquip offers a portable mix manifold which attaches to an operator’s belt used for the manual application of 2K materials. This product is designed for mixing materials closer to the applicator and is best suited for hand spray applications that have various colors and multiple color changes per shift.
- Less wasted color change paint and solvent
- Minimum amount of mixed material in line is helpful with short pot life material
- Solvent lines in the booth to flush manifold and gun with QD’s
- Quicker color changes due to shortness of paint line to gun
- Best used in application for production lines that have multiple colors and regular color changes
- Manual color change is less complicated because the new color line is readily available
